What we do

CELER Funding is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We refer businesses to independent third-party lenders and funding companies, which may pay us a referral fee. We never charge you a fee. All financing is subject to the lender's own approval, terms and pricing. Business (commercial) financing only; no consumer or personal loans.

No offer of credit

Nothing on this website is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Any product descriptions are general information. Rates, terms, amounts and timing are set by each lender and depend on your business and their approval.

What we do and do not do

We collect your request and introduce you to lenders. We do not negotiate, arrange or approve financing, prepare loan documents or give credit decisions; the lender does all of that directly with you. We only share your information with a lender after confirming with you.

Referral compensation

Lenders and funding companies may pay CELER Funding a fee or commission when a business we refer receives funding. You do not pay us.

Sharing your information

When you submit a request, you authorize us to share the information you provide with lenders and funding companies in our network so they can evaluate your request and contact you.

Calls and texts

If you give consent on our form, we may call or text the number you provide about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

No advice

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Talk to your own advisers before taking on financing.
