International routes depend on where an organization is established, where the work happens and what a specific call supports. Partner registration and grant eligibility are not the same thing.

These resources do not show that a Canadian, US or Mexican applicant qualifies, that an intake is open, or that CELER represents the program. Requests from Mexico or other countries are handled as resource requests only; we do not offer funding placement outside Canada and the US.
