What we collect

What you type into our forms (name, business name, phone, email, funding needs, revenue range, time in business, credit estimate) and basic technical data such as the page you came from.

How we use it

To understand your funding request, match you with lenders, contact you about it, and keep records required by law.

Who we share it with

Lenders and funding companies in our network, only to evaluate and respond to your request, and service providers that help us run this website and our communications. We do not sell your information.

Texts

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing buy@conqueror.capital. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, including Quebec's Law 25; US residents may have rights under their state's privacy laws.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer where the law requires, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Where it is stored

On secured cloud servers that may be located outside your province or country, including the United States.
